100% Involtini: i sapori dell'Alto Adige

Il mio amore per l'Alto Adige è cosa ormai nota. Di quella regione apprezzo tutto: i paesaggi mozzafiato, le Dolomiti con le punte innevate che si stagliano nel cielo blu, le distese verdi a non finire. Ho passato in Val Gardena alcuni momenti davvero speciali e mi sono ripromessa di tornarci ogni volta che posso, anche solo per una giornata.Da golosa quale sono non posso che apprezzare anche (e soprattutto) i sapori tipici dell'Alto Adige e quindi non ho potuto fare a meno di inserire tra i miei prodotti preferiti anche questo splendido tagliere tirolese!
Speck con burro e cetrioli, proprio come nelle migliori stube, prosciutto cotto affumicato, formaggi di malga e pagnotte fresche appena sfornate, un pretzel caldo e fragrante, tanto shuettelbrot croccante e e spezziato, tipico altoatesino e la merenda è servita. Non manca proprio niente, tutti i sapori, i colori e i profumi della Val Gardena sono racchiusi in questi taglieri. Basta poco: la compagnia giusta, i prodotti altoatesini e in un attimo è come essere di nuovo la, tra le montagne più belle!
My love for South Tyrol is something already known. I appreciate all of that region: the breathtaking landscapes, the Dolomites with the snow-capped peaks that rise in the blue sky, the green meadows to no end. I spent in Val Gardena some very special moments and I promised to come back whenever I can, even just for a day.A greedy like me will appreciate even (and especially) the typical flavors of South Tyrol and so I could not help but enter among my favorite products also this beautiful Tyrolean chopping!Speck with butter and cucumber, just like in the best parlor, smoked ham, mountain cheeses and fresh-baked loaves, a pretzel warm and fragrant, many shuettelbrot crispy and spiced, typical South Tyrolean and the snack is served. Nothing is missing, all the flavors, colors and scents of the Val Gardena are enclosed in these wooden plates. Very little is needed: the right company, the products of South Tyrol and in a moment it is like being again among the most beautiful mountains!
