advent calendar countdown: december 6 - 8 (eat it!)

per questi tre giorni ho proposto attività golose a mia figlia. per il 6 dicembre le ho proposto di fare questi biscotti di cioccolato, burro di arachidi e marshmallows che non si mettono nel forno. solo che è stato una giornata molto piena di altri impegni e alla fine non l'abbiamo fatto. ma nei prossimi giorni spero di trovare il tempo!
i proposed yummy activities for these three days of activities. on december 6, i proposed making these chocolate, peanut butter and marshmallow cookies that you don't bake. except it was a pretty busy day and in the end we didn't get around to it. but i hope to find the time in the next few days!

sempre in tema, il 7 dicembre abbiamo fatto delle tazze abbondante di cioccolata calda fatta in casa e abbiamo fatto scioglere sopra dei mini marshmallows. poi l'abbiamo gustato sul divano guardando un film della sua scelta. anche se guarda troppa televisione, guardare qualcosa in compagnia le è sempre un piacere.
in theme, on the 7th we made big mugs of homemade hot chocolate and we melted mini marshmallows on top. then we enjoyed it on the couch watching a movie of her choice. even if she watches too much tv, watching something together is always fun!

l'8 dicembre abbiamo fatto a meno dei marshmallows, ma si trattava sempre di qualcosa di golosa e poco salutare: gli spritz cookies (letteralmente, i biscotti a spruzzo). si usa questa specie di pressa con delle formine intercambiabili per creare biscotti di forme diverse. mi sono sempre piaciuti un sacco da bambina, non solo a mangiarli ma anche a farli e decorarli. anche la mia sofia si è molto divertita.
on december 8th we did without marshmallows, but again made something yummy and not-so-healthy: spritz cookies. you use a cookie press with interchangable plates to make different shapes. as a girl i always loved not only eating them, but also making and decorating them. my sofia had a great time, too.

l'unica cosa è che sono pieni di burro e zucchero, quindi vorrei cercare una ricetta un po' meno hard, come dice mio marito. quando (se) la trovo e viene bene, ve la condivido!
the only thing is that they're full of butter and sugar, so i'd like to look around for a less hard-core recipe. when (if) i find one that works out well, i'll share it with you!
