Ho passato gli ultimi giorni dell'anno a Savona, a casa, con circa 12 gradi ogni giorno. Ciò mi ha permesso di usare i capi a me più comodi: collant, shorts e platform. Non ero però più abituata agli sguardi storti della gente di qui, al fatto che un outfit simile potesse far sentire un vecchietto autorizzato ad inveirmi contro bestemmie e un "copriti!" , scandalizzato. Ho camminato per strada in totale una ventina di minuti e in questo lasso di tempo mi sono sentita squadrata, guardata con disprezzo o con desiderio malato.. per un paio di gambe.A me poco interessa, di certo non cambio il mio stile o la mia personalità per colpa di una manica di bigotti ed allupati; tuttavia mi fa arrabbiare l'idea che non si possa uscire con tranquillità e conciati come si vuole.Una volta ci sarei solo rimasta male, ora provo pena per loro: l'importante è, in questi casi, non proiettare le sensazioni negative su se stessi.Quindi, siate sempre chi volete essere - è il proposito migliore per un nuovo anno.
I've spent the last days of the year in Savona, at home, with around 12 degrees everyday. This let me use the most comfortable stuff for me: collant, shorts and platforms.I wasn't still used to the dirty looks by people, to be in a situation in which an old guy seeing my outfit has felt right yelling me "cover yourself!" and bad words, scandalized. I've walked for about twenty minutes and I couldn't count how many people seemed shocked and turned on.. for a pair of legs. I don't really care about this, I don't change my style or my personality for some stupid comments, but I can't accept that you can't go out dresses as you like. Time ago I'd feel bad about myself, but now I just feel sorry for them: the important, in this kind of situation, is not to project the bad feelings on ourselves.So, always be who you want to be - it's the best purpose for a new year.
