Sappiamo tutti la pazienza di cui i fan di Axl Rose si sono dovuti armare prima di poter ascoltare l’ultimo disco dei Guns ‘n Roses, Chinese Democracy.
Nessuno si aspettava quindi le rivelazioni del chitarrista della band DJ Ashba, il quale ha dichiarato che Axl ha già pronti tanti pezzi da poter riempire 3 album.
In un’intervista all’emittente australiana Triple M il musicista ha dichiarato che il cantante ha “tante grandi canzoni nella manica. Ha probabilmente tanto materiale registrato da poter riempire 3 dischi. Lui si siede al piano e suona. Allora io dico ‘Questa canzone è spettacolare. La gente la deve sentire’ e lui ‘Ah, è qualcosa su cui sto lavorando.’ Lui è un genio quando inizia a far musica e non vedo l’ora di sedermi con una chitarra acustica e scrivere. Lui ha quel dono che è molto, molto raro.”
Axl Rose ha stroncato sul nascere qualche mese fa le speranze di una reunion dei Guns ‘n’ Roses nella loro formazione originale.
