Black Beauty: Smokey Eyes chez Estée Lauder

During the Milano Fashion Week I went to La Rinascente to have some relaxing time (and some good sushi before leaving!), and to visit the part of the store that I like most: the ground floor, with the luxury beauty products brands.
Here at the of Estée Lauder shop in shop I met Veruska, make-up artist. She invited me to try some new products and decided  to show me some tricks for the smokey eyes technique: I was very glad to say yes!
it was fun and useful at the same time and at the end I looked amazing as I had never been before!

All is in the trick that Veruska illustrated to me. The key product is the black eye pencil. You don’t have to put it directly on your eyelid: put some product on the back of your hands. Then, squeeze some concealer next to it. At this point, using a lip brush, mix the two products so that you can easily start painting your eyelid in black.
Now that you have a good foundation, you can start using your black eye shadow as usual.

And this is the swatch of the eye pencil… And how to use it. The eye pencil was so convincing that I had to buy one.

Many many thanks to the Estee Lauder staff for giving me the mascara, it’s a great product: it moisturizes your  eyelashes and they appear to fan out, they are longer and beautiful. A great effect, so it’s a very nice present!

Durante la Settimana della Moda Milanese sono infiltrata alla Rinascente per rilassarmi un po’ (e con l’intenzione di papparmi un aperitivo a base di sushi prima di partire per Firenze!) , nonché per visitare la sezione che preferisco: quella dei brand di bellezza del lusso. Qui, allo shop  di Estée  Lauder, ho incontrato Veruska, make-up artist. Veruska mi ha invitato a provare alcuni prodotti di questo brand e ha deciso di mostrarmi alcuni trucchi del mestiere per la tecnica dello Smokey Eyes. Sono stata felicissima di accettare!
E’ stato utile e divertente allo stesso tempo e alla fine grazie a lei apparivo affascinante come non ero mai stata prima!
Sta tutto nel trucco che Veruska mi ha mostrato. Il prodotto chiave è la matita occhi. Non dovete metterla direttamente sulla palpebra: invece mettete un po’ di prodotto sul dorso della mano. Poi, mettete accanto ad esso un po’ del vostro abituale concealer (noi ne abbiamo usato uno di Estée Lauder, ovviamente). A questo punto, usando un pennello per le labbra, mixate I due prodotti in modo che potrete più facilmente stenderli dipingendo di nero le palpebre.
Ora che avete una buona base, potete iniziare a utilizzare il vostro ombretto come solitamente fate.

Mille e mille grazie allo staff Estée Lauder per avermi omaggiato del mascara, è davvero un prodotto magnifico: idrata le ciglia e davvero si aprono a ventaglio in maniera visibile, appaiono più lunghe e belle! Un effetto incredibile, quindi regalo graditissimo.
