Questo Natale ho ricevuto uno splendido regalo: un corso di cucina da Jamie Oliver !

Il corso consisteva nella preparazione degli impasti del pane e della focaccia !

This Christmas I received a wonderful gift: a cooking lesson from Jamie Oliver!

The course consisted in the preparation of dough for bread and cake !

Fremevo per tornare a casa e raccontarvi tutto !Appena sono arrivata al “Jamie Oliver Recipes di Notting Hill”, ho trovato un tavolo riservato ai partecipanti alla lezione.

Sono stata fortunatissima perche’ ho frequentato il corso in un giorno infrasettimanale ed ero da sola. Il maestro mi ha spiegato ogni passaggio con precisione !

Trembled to go home and tell you everything! Soon as I arrived at the “Jamie Oliver Recipes Notting Hill”, I found a table reserved for participants in the lesson.

I was very lucky because I have attended the course on a weekday and I was alone. The teacher explained to me every step with precision !

Quando sono arrivata ho trovato il maestro che preparava tutti gli ingredienti.

E abbiamo iniziato subito il corso face to face.

When I arrived I found the teacher who prepared all the ingredients.

And we immediately started the course face to face.

Con il maestro abbiamo preparato 2 impasti diversi, uno per il pane impastato con la farina di grano duro e un’altra per la focaccia ripiena e al rosmarino che richiedeva la farina’00.

With the teacher we have prepared 2 different mixes, one for the bread kneaded with wheat flour and another for the stuffed focaccia with rosemary and demanded that the farina’00.

Questa e’ una parte  dei risultati ottenuti.

Tutti questi prodotti sono stati gustati la stessa sera perche’ ho potuto portarli a casa in delle comode scatolette.

This is a part of the results obtained.

All of these products have been enjoyed the same night because I could take them home in the comfortable boxes.
