Chi ha un orto sa cosa mangia, da dove provengono i suoi frutti e le sue verdure, che prodotti usa per concimare la terra o per proteggere le colture dai parassiti. Ma per chi compera verdure al mercato, dall’ortofrutta, da un’azienda agricola, una sicurezza deve pur esserci: e non è facile districarsi tra etichette, loghi, marchi di garanzia.
Volevo presentarvi tre certificazioni europee “volontarie”, non obbligatorie, che però possono aiutarci nelle nostre scelte fornendoci ulteriori sicurezze sulla bontà non solo dei prodotti, ma anche dei sistemi di coltivazione.
