Are you thinking to eat light in view of the loooong and big Christmas lunches? ( I know it's pretty Italian, but it's really impossible escape to a nice set up table during Christmas time here)
So let get a head start and fill our lunch boxes with this fall salad, especially if like me, you have many ripe persimmons ready to be eaten.
It's a nice mix of sweet and savory and the feta cheese it's the perfect key ingredient to balance all the others, are you turning up one's noce? Ok you can always add half quantity of persimmons and taste it, but look at this beauty, it could not be the same without the golden color of the persimmon, just give it a chance...and yep, let me know!

State pensando di mangiare leggeri in previsione dei luuuunghi e abbondanti pranzi di Natale?Bene allora ecco un'idea adatta anche ai pranzi più veloci e light, soprattutto se come me avete una bella scorta di cachi pronti per essere mangiati.
Ho unito dolce e salato e il gusto della feta, bilancia perfettamente tutti gli altri, state storcendo il naso e siete poco convinti? Bè potete sempre aggiungere solo metà dose dei cachi e provare, però guardate la bellezza di questa insalata, credete davvero che sarebbe lo stesso senza questo tocco di arancione... via datele una possibilità e fatemi sapere!
