Finalmente apre a Milano il primo concept store in stile Colette e Selfridges. Jean Nouvel firma il nuovo store del lusso: si chiama Excelsior Milano, in onore del vecchio cinema che gli ha “regalato” la location, è nuova realtà nel retailing che si impone in modo timido e silenzioso nel centro di Milano. E’ un bel esempio di come architettura e moda si uniscono e si fondono insieme. Percorsi ed installazioni sono stati pensati per creare spazi nuovi, essi sono divisi per aree, come ad esempio la zona America, questa parte del concept store milanese sarà dedicata alla moda d’oltreoceano con le scelte di Antonia Giacinti (titolare delle omonime boutique a Milano), dove saranno collocati marchi nuovi ed emergenti, mischiati a marchi storici della moda. Troverete la nostra amata Isabel Marant con le sue due linee, la prima che porta il suo nome e l’etoile. Finalmente ci saranno le scarpe che molte, se non tutte, le donne sognano di avere ai piedi tutte in un solo posto marchi come: Manolo Blahnik, Christian Louboutin, Tabitha Simmons, Repetto e Jimmy Choo… Faranno pensare alle puntate di sex and the city. E’ uno nuovo spazio, un nuovo modo di fare shopping sia per donne che per uomini a caccia di sperimentazione e contaminazione, di marchi che prima erano rintracciabili solo on-line e nei siti più esclusivi, ora sono tutti concentrati in 4 mila mq… Cosa state aspettando? E’ aperto dalle 10 alle 21.
