Gary Davis noto come Reverendo Gary Davis o anche Blind Gary Davis è stato un compositore, cantante e chitarrista statunitense. Grazie al suo stile originale di suonare la chitarra con la tecnica del fingerpicking influenzò diversi musicisti, da Stefan Grossman a David Bromberg, da Roy Book Binder a Woody Mann, Nick Katzman, Dave Van Ronk, Tom Winslow, Ernie Hawkins e persino Bob Dylan, Jorma Kaukonen e i Grateful Dead.
