Ham Holy Burger - Milano

For those who remained of the view that to eat an hamburger with chips were a sole prerogative of popular and commercial chains like McDonald's and Burger King, they're wrong ! In recent times , in fact, there is, in the main Italian cities, a large growth of burger bar with proposals by real gourmet . Today in particular, I want to tell you about the Ham Holy Burger chain, which is part of the great family of the Neapolitan Rossopomodoro , present in Milan with two locations, one taking place in the district of Brera. With the Slow Food garrison, the meat is exclusively of high Piedmontese quality and all the products are fresh and not frozen, as sometimes happens to find. Here the function of the waiters is to give you the plate, as orders are handled personally by a technological IPad, thanks to which you can customize your choices according to your own tastes and desires of the moment, and why not, for the most " geeks ", then take advantage of free surfing on the web. Me and my intrepid friend of " feasting " chose to start with the chips, chopped by hand, which can be accompanied with a variety of really tasty sauces. The choice of hamburger with the various " toppings " embarasses a little bit, having regard to the variety and the possible customizations, but in the end we are able to reach an agreement between technology and palate! : -P In the menu there is also a choice of tasty salads , though , for those who know me I do not like to go for the "light" food, and finally how you can finish a meal if not with a delicious dessert ? ! Here is a note on my "obvious" choice: Angel, a creamy pan di stelle, sour cream and Nutella . So if you are looking for a youthful place in the heart of the beautiful Milan, where you can consume a noble"junk food", without getting some remorse for your shape, I recommend you to do a visit to it. Per chi fosse rimasto dell'idea che per mangiare un panino con hamburger e patatine fosse una prerogativa esclusiva delle famose e commerciali catene Mc Donald's e Burger King, si sbaglia di grosso! Negli ultimi tempi, infatti, si avverte, nelle principali città italiane, una numerosa crescita di burger bar con proposte da veri gourmet. Oggi, in particolare, voglio parlarvi della catena Ham Holy Burger, che fa parte della grande famiglia napoletana dei Rossopomodoro, presente a Milano con due sedi di cui una avente luogo nel caratteristico quartiere di Brera. Con tanto di presidio Slow Food la carne è esclusivamente di alta qualità piemontese e tutti i prodotti sono freschi e non surgelati, come a volte capita di trovare. Qui la funzione dei camerieri è di semplici porgitori del piatto, in quanto le ordinazioni vengono gestite personalmente attraverso un tecnologico IPad; grazie al quale, potrete personalizzare le vostre scelte a seconda dei propri gusti e voglie del momento e perché no, per i più "smanettoni", approfittare poi di navigare gratis su internet. Io ed il mio intrepido compagno di "scorpacciate" abbiamo scelto di partire dalle patatine, tagliate a mano grossolanamente, le quali possono essere degustate con una varietà di salsine niente male. La scelta dell' hamburger con i vari "toppings" mette un po in imbarazzo, vista la varietà e la possibilità di personalizzazione; ma alla fine ci si riesce a trovare un accordo tra tecnologia e palato! :-P Nel menù c'è la possibilità di scegliere delle gustose insalate, anche se, per chi mi conosce non amo andare per i piatti "leggeri", ed infine come si può terminare un pasto se non con un dolcetto!?! Qui una nota di merito la guadagna la mia "ovvia" scelta: Angel, una cremosa di pan di stelle, panna e Nutella. Insomma se cercate un ambiente giovanile nel cuore della bella Milano, dove consumare del nobile "junk food", senza farsi venire dei rimorsi per la vostra forma smagliante, vi consiglio di farci una visita.
