Hogan Rebel

Le Hogan non mi piacciono, ve lo dico. Sono scarpe molto viste, anche e soprattutto a tamarri a cui piace solo apparire (ed è ridicola la polo viola di Burberry sul 40enne panzone che parla dialetto). Inoltre la forma da scarpa ortopedica contribuisce molto. Vanno un po' meglio quelle da donna, addolcite da pizzo, strass e swarovsky, ma bisogna avere una certa corporatura ed eleganza (come Olivia Palermo, viso dell' ultima campagna della marca italiana).
Anche le Olympia non sono malaccio, ma quelle che stupiscono (in senso positivo, soprattutto vista l' ultima deludente collaborazione Hogan-Lagerfeld), sono le Rebel.
Queste scarpe non sono una novità in casa Hogan (io ce le ho da qualche annetto), ma ultimamente si è visto un fiorire di modelli: la casa, è evidente, è intenzionata a (ri?)lanciarle. Io spero che non ci riescano, altrimenti, col fatto che sono Hogan, si comincierà a vederle su cani e (soprattutto) porci. Sono un perfido snob aristocratico? Temo di sì.
I don't like the Hogan. They are very seen shoes, especially on yod persons (I prefer the Italian version, it sounds better: "yod" vs "Cafone, Coatto, Tamarro, Burino...") that only want to appear.
Also the orthopedic shape of the shoe does not help, absolutely. Those for women are a little bit better, with lace and swarovsky, for example, but you should have a certain elegance and physique to wear them, as Olivia Palermo, the last testimonial of a Hogan adv.
The Olympia model is not that bad, but the ones that surprise (in a good way, especially after the horrible collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld), are the Rebel.
They are not the ultimate Hogan (I have them since some year), but in this time we've seen lots of models and advs. The brand, evidently, wants to launch them. I hope they' ll fail, or we'll see them on everyone, all the world and his dog (especially on the dog) (I continue preferring Italian, that sounds as "dogs and pigs"). Am I an aristhocratic snob? Maybe.
