I Libri dei Piccoli #3

Oggi è il 15 del mese, quindi c'è un nuovo appuntamento della rubrica tenuta da me e Sara dedicata ai libri per bambini che per noi sono speciali!
A casa nostra si amano gli animali: che siano ragni, insetti, con le piume o pelosi, belli, brutti, vanno bene tutti e sono oggetto di studio e "cura" (eh-ehm, poveri animali!) da parte sia del maschio che della femmina...
Today is the 15th of the month, so there's a new appointment in the column kept by me and Sara dedicated to children's books that are special for us!
At our house we love the animals: spiders, insects, with the feathers or furry, beautiful, ugly, all are fine and are being studied and "cared" (eh-ehm, poor animals!) by both the male that of the female...

Questo è uno dei libri preferiti dal mio bambino, Sebastian. Si intitola "ZooLogico" è edito in Italia da Rizzoli ma è un libro che potete trovare edito in diversi paesi e lingue. Le illustrazioni sono di Joëlle Jolivet.
Come potete vedere dagli oggetti intorno, è un libro di grandi dimensioni, misura infatti 32x45 cm, che quindi aperto diventa ben 64x45 cm!!
La misura è sicuramente già un pregio: il libro in piedi diventava una specie di nascondiglio, poggiato Seba ci si metteva sopra, era letteralmente conquistato da tutti questi animali da osservare!
This is one of my favorite books by my little boy, Sebastian. It's called "Zoological" is published by Rizzoli in Italy, it is a book that you can find published in several countries and languages. The illustrations by Joëlle Jolivet.
As you can see from the objects around, it is a large book, it measures 32x45 cm, which then becomes open 64x45 cm!
The measure already is definitely an advantage: the book standing became a kind of hiding, resting Seba you put on, it was literally conquered all these animals to be observed!

Un'altra caratteristica che lo rendono diverso dai soliti libri di animali, è la classificazione con cui vengono raggruppati: non usualmente come "mammiferi", "anfibi" o "volatili" ma molto più logicamente ;), come animali "bianchi e neri", animali che "vivono al freddo", animali "giganti e minuscoli"... e così via!

Another feature that makes it different from the usual books of animals, is the classification which are grouped not usually as "mammals", "amphibian" or "volatile" but much more logically;), like animals, "blacks and whites" , animals that "live in the cold," animals "giant and tiny"... and so on!

E' un libro senza testo, se non delle note alla fine del libro con delle curiosità su ciascuno degli animali presentati; tuttavia la lettura a casa nostra doveva sempre avere questa sequenza -anch'essa logica, mi vien da aggiungere!- e cioè: lettura del titolo; lettura della presentazione (10 righe, e guai a saltarle!!); indicare tutti gli animali con il dito e dire "io sono questo...", "tu sei questo"... "questo è mamma!"(e meglio che non vi dica quale animale...! ;) )
Per completare, un piccolo gioco nell'individuare un camaleonte che si intrufola nelle varie categorie cercando di mimetizzarsi...
Non conto le volte che lo abbiamo sfogliato, che il bambino se lo portava nel letto, grande quasi quanto lui (l'ho acquistato come regalo di Natale 2012, quando Sebastian aveva 3 anni e mezzo), o al bagno, o fare la colazione... Adesso lo guarda un po' meno, ma guai a chi tocca o sposta i "suoi libri"!!

It's a book without text, only some notes at the end of the book with curiosity about each of the animals presented; however, the reading at our home always had to have this sequence -too logical sequence , I add !- and that is: reading the title; reading the presentation (10 lines , and woe to skip them!); indicate all the animals with the finger and say " I am this ...", "you are this " ... " this is mom" (and better not tell you what animal ... ;) )
To finish, a little play in identifying a small chameleon who sneaks in various categories trying to blend ...
I don't count the times that we peeled, that the child put it in the bed next to him, almost as big as him (I bought it as a gift for Christmas 2012, when Sebastian was 3 and a half years ), or in the bathroom, or when have breakfast... Now it looks a bit less, but woe anyone who touches or moves "its books "!
