Plink rings by Luisa Bruni

Everyone knows we need more water in summer, but in this case I'm sure you'll find it ever more appealing.
Italian jeweller Luisa Bruni launched this water-inspired ring collection, which allowed her to win the "The Best of Bijoux" prize in the category "Best Innovative Design" at Macef (International Home Show, that takes place in Milan every six months) last September. Every design has a name of its own: Plink, Splash, Stasi. About her creation, the artist said: "The Plink ring seizes the moment, immortalizing water while the surface, hit by a drop, gushes". So if you're thirsty after design, have some water (rings)!

Tutti sanno che in estate si ha bisogno di più acqua, ma sono certa che dopo questa notizia ne avrete ancor più bisogno. La designer orafa Luisa Bruni ha realizzato questi anelli ispirati all'acqua, che le hanno fatto vincere il premio "The  Best of Bijoux" nella categoria "Miglior design innovativo" al Macef (Salone Internazionale della Casa, che si tiene semestralmente a Milano) lo scorso settembre. Ogni anello ha un nome preciso: Plink, Splash, Stasi. Delle sue creazioni, l'artista ha detto: "Con ispirazione tratta dal mondo della fotografia l'anello Plink coglie l'attimo, fermando l'acqua nel momento in cui, colpita da una goccia, la superficie zampilla''. Se avete sete di design, quindi, fatevi un...goccio!
