La donna Dondup si contraddistingue da sempre per la sua indipendenza nelle scelte che esulano dalle convenzioni. Il suo guardaroba invernale è Rock&Roll...sintesi tra l'eleganza anni 70' e la visione Grunge dei nineties. Il direttore creativo, Manuela Mariotti, rilegge in chiave contemporanea il concetto di giorno e sera, dando vita dunque ad un "eveningwear" in codice urbano con pailettes e borchie. Lo smoking si presenta con bande ricamate un pò come le tenute da jogging, il biker in pelle, pantalone e giacca, danno una nuova idea di tailleur e l'abito in seta si indossa con la pelliccia d lapin in stampa leopardo. Viceversa, il denim diventa prezioso, double e dorato, il parka viene ricoperto di stemmi delle antiche casate giapponesi, la giacca da smoking ha i revers in raso e incorpora, grazie a bottoni a scomparsa, la maxi gonna in tulle, mentre il cross-top è costellato di paillettes dorate. Accessori di punta: slip-on in pelle con bande metalliche ed "ankle boots" borchiati con fascia dorata sostituibile. La collezione Pre-Fall 2015(32 look) si ispira, invece, ad un'icona degli anni Settanta: Bianca Jagger, "Miss Andy Warhol". Giochi di colore, pellicce, scamosciati, abiti lunghi in paisley, pantaloni scampanati e minigonne sono alcuni dei capi iconici, rubati dal guardaroba di Bianca, tipicamente seventies ma rivisitati e sviluppati in chiave moderna.
The woman by Dondup is always distinguished for her independence in the choices that are beyond the conventions. Her winter wardrobe is Rock & Roll ... synthesis between elegance 70s' and the vision of Grunge nineties. The creative director, Manuela Mariotti, reads in a contemporary concept of day and night, thus giving rise to a "eveningwear" in urban code with sequins and studs. The tuxedo comes with embroidered bands a bit like jogging clothes, the leather biker, pants and jacket, give a new idea of the suit and the silk dress is worn with the rabbit fur in leopard print. Conversely, denim becomes precious, double and golden, the parka is covered with crests of arms of the ancient Japanese families, the smoking jacket has satin lapels and incorporates, thanks to concealed buttons, the maxi skirt in tulle, while the cross- top is dotted with gold sequins. Accessories: slip-on in leather with metal bands and "ankle boots" studded with golden band replaceable. The collection Pre-Fall 2015 (32 looks) is based, instead, an icon of the seventies: Bianca Jagger, "Miss Andy Warhol." Games of color, fur, suede, long dresses in paisley, flared pants and skirts are some of the iconic pieces, stolen from the wardrobe of Bianca, typically seventies but revisited and developed in a modern way.
