La sua padrona, la Signora Cheryl Alexander è affetta da distrofia simpatica riflessa, che ne impedisce i movimenti; si sposta sulla sedia a rotelle e da sola non potrebbe cambiare i pannolini a sua figlia Lily. Ma ecco la cagnetta Orca che corre prontamente in suo aiuto togliendo i pannolini usati passandole le salviette imbevute porgendole quelli i pannolini nuovi.
