Pantone ha parlato: radiant orchid sara' il must della primavera 2014

Si aspetta come io ho aspettato i saldi di questo ormai da poco passato 4 gennaio. O come ora aspetto il mercoledì sera per una nuova puntata di Shopping Night con mia madre. Cioè, in trepidante attesa. Attesa di scoprire di che morte morirà il mio portafoglio e di che cosa riempirò, fino a stiparlo, il mio già straripante armadio, oltre che di poter finalmente cominciare a pensare alla primavera. E quel momento è ormai arrivato: Pantone ha parlato, decretando il Radiant Orchid come colore di punta per la prossima stagione. Si tratta di un vibrante mix di viola, fuxia e rosa, che è riuscito a far innamorare persino una restia a queste nuance come me, facendomi venir voglia di vestirmici da capo a piedi. Da patita, anzi, vera ossessionata di scarpe, sono già pazza di quegli altissimi, ma anche costosissimi, sandali firmati YSL, anche se mi accontenterei pure della cover per iphone di Pantone, se QUALCUNO se lo stesse per caso chiedendo. Chi vuole intendere, intende. Ciò che so di certo è che con questo prossimo must ho intenzione di cominciare dai dettagli, magari da un paio di décolleté a punta o da una borsa a cartella come quelle di queste foto, in attesa di passare a rossetto, smalto e quant'altro. Anche se c'è già chi è riuscito a battermi sul tempo, facendosi prendere fin troppo la mano: vedere questo David di Michelangelo per credere.
You expect it like I waited sales this just past 4th of January. Or as now I look on Wednesday night for a new episode of Shopping Night with my mum. Obviously, with anxiously waiting. Waiting to find out for what my wallet will dye and what I will fill my already overflowing wardrobe with, as well as to finally star thinking about spring. And that moment as arrived: Pantone has spoken, declaring the Radiant Orchid as must color of the upcoming season. It is a vibrant mix of purple, fuchsia and pink, which as managed to fall in love with also a reluctant of these nuances like me, making me want to dress up from my head to my foot. I have a real obsession for shoes and I'm already crazy for those tall, but also very expensive, YSL sandals, although I'd settle for even the Pantone iphone cover, if SOMEONE is asking it to himself. Who wants to hear, of course. What I do know is that I'm going to start with this next 2014 must from the details, maybe from a couple of décolleté or from a bag like those of these photos, waiting to go to lipstick, nail polish and everything else.
