Austin, 17 nov 2013 – Il pilota della Red Bull Sebastian Vettel ha ottenuto la sua 12a vittoria della stagione, la sua prima negli Stati Uniti. Il tedesco ha scelto una strategia a una sosta, è partito con la P Zero White medium e poi al giro 27 ha  montato la P Zero Orange Hard.

Vettel è diventato anche il primo pilota  nella storia della Formula Uno a vincere otto gare consecutive nel corso di una stagione. Adesso,  il GP di Ungheria è l’unico  in calendaro che il campione deve ancora vincere.
