Freddo, vento e neve: un mix micidiale per la pelle!
Per evitare di finire con il ritrovarsi pelle arrossata, spenta e secca, labbra screpolate e capelli stopposi ci vuole una vera terapia d’urto per proteggere pelle e bellezza, dal freddo!
- La prima regola d’oro per preservare pelle e capelli dall’attacco del freddo è idratarli correttamente: non solo con maschere e crema idratante, ma è necessaria anche l’idratazione del corpo. Quindi (soprattutto) quando sciate è necessario bere tanta acqua per preservare una pelle sana e luminosa, ed evitare gli alcolici che invece tendono a disitratarvi in fretta.
- Poi bisogna conoscere la propria pelle: una pelle che tende a seccarsi rapidamente in inverno richiederà un grado di idratazione maggiore. Al contrario le pelli grassi avranno bisogno di un trattamento poco idratante ma molto protettivo.
- Per difendere la pelle dal freddo è necessario sottoporla anche a un profondo trattamento di pulizia: prma della settimana bianca, una volta alla settimana eliminate le cellule morte con uno scrub. Durante l’inverno infatti la pelle tende a perdere luminosità e ad assumere il caratteristico colore grigiastro: un trattamento esfoliante è indispensabile per far ritornare la pelle luminosa e soprattutto per mantenere liberi i pori dalle impurità.
- Dopo aver pulito a fondo la pelle del viso, si passa alla fase di idratazione: cercate sempre di usare prodotti molto delicati
- Di solito in inverno consigliano di utilizzare il fondotinta: non solo per questioni estetiche, ma sopratutto perché i nuovi prodotti in commercio hanno una formula protettiva che aiuta la pelle a difendersi dal freddo. Quando sciate non è il caso di metterlo se non volete lasciare tracce ovunque e rischiare di ritrovarvi a chiazze nel giro di qualche ora, indispensabile però è la crema solare protettiva. Compratene una specifica per la neve, non usate quella che portate al mare: queste creme contengono sostanze che agiscono come uno strato protettivo per la pelle contro il freddo,un po’ come un cappotto! Naturalmente poi la pulizia del viso dovrà comunque essere delicata ma puntuale.
- Il viso non è però l’unica parte del corpo a risentire dei danni del freddo: anche le labbra sono molto esposte e devono essere adeguatamente protette. Ricordatevi quindi di portare sempre con voi il burrocacao per la neve con protezione solare alta e di applicarlo ogni volta che potete. Evitate i rossettiche non sono sufficienti a contrastare l’azione del freddo e del vento, esistono in commercio anche burro cacao colorati che mantengono le labbra morbide ed idratate donandogli anche un bel colore.
- Infine le mani: i guanti sono obbligatori e anche di gran tendenza, ma non sono sufficienti. Le mani risentono del freddo e si seccano davvero facilmente: oltre a una crema idratante in grado di proteggere la pelle, sarà necessario dedicare alle mani anchedegli impacchi extra che migliorino la loro idratazione ed aiuti le unghe e anon spezzarsi per via dell'azione del gelo.
- Stesso discorso per i capelli: sulla neve vanno rigorosamente legati per proteggerli da freddo e disidratazione e protetti ed idratati con oli e creme. Balsamo e maschera dopo ogni shampoo sono obbligatori.

- Then you have to know your own skin: a skin that tends to dry quickly in the winter will require a greaterdegree of hydration. Instead oily skins will need a little moisturizingtreatment but very protective.
- To shield your skin from the coldyou must submit it to a deep cleansing treatment: before skiing, once a week removedthe dead cells with a scrub. During the winter in fact the skin tends to lose brightness and to take onthe characteristic greyish color: a scrub treatment is essential to give back glowing and especially to keep the pores free from impurities.
- After you have thoroughly cleanedthe skin, you pass the hydration step: but use very delicate products.
- Usually in winter recommend to use the foundationnot only for aesthetic reasons, but especially because the new products on the market have a protective formula that helps the skin against the cold. When skiing is not the case to put it on if you do not want to leave a traceeverywhere and risk finding yourself full of patches in a few hours, but is essential the sunscreen. Buy one specificallyfor snow: contain substances that act as a protective layerfor skin against cold, a bit'as a coat! Naturally cleaning well your face in gentle but precise way.
- The face is not the only part of the body to be affected by the damage of the cold: even lips are very exposed and should be adequately protected. Remember then to bring with you a lip balm with high sunscreen for snow and apply it whenever you can. Avoidlipsticks that are not sufficient to counteract the action of the cold and wind, are commercially available even colored lipbalm that keep lips soft and moisturizedeven giving them a nice color.
- Finally hands: the gloves are mandatory and also very trendy, butare not sufficient. The hands are affected by the cold and dry out very easily: in addition to a moisturizer you will need to devote to the handsalso extracompresses which enhance their hydration.
- Same for the hair: on the snow they should be ever tied to protect them from cold and dehydration, and protected and hydratedwith oils and creams. Conditioner and maskafter every shampoo are mandatory.
