To a sparkling New Year!

Eccoci al primo post di questo nuovo e sfavillante 2013! Noi ci crediamo e ci speriamo che questo sia un'anno sempre al top!Siamo pronte per vivere finalmente un'inversione di rotta nelle nostre vite non solo amorosa, ma anche personale, con noi stesse per saper godere sempre della nostra compagnia!365 giorni per impegnarsi a fondo nel voler realizzare tutto quello che vogliamo!Ma per iniziare un nuovo percorso servono energie e allora perché non dedicarsi  ,in questi ultimi giorni di ferie natalizie, qualche trattamento che ci carichi positivamente per affrontare l'inzio del nuovo anno?
Basta davvero poco per sentirsi bene e in armonia con noi stesse!
Dedicatevi magari alla manicure, anche quella self-made, così sarete libere di sperimentare!Ve lo ricordate il post sulle tendenze manicure stravaganti?
Oppure perché non prendere la palla al balzo per uscire dalla vostra routine di bellezza e provare un nuovo trattamento viso che magari rimandavate da troppo tempo!se non avete molte idee, a breve troverete nel blog un post pensato ad hoc per chi vuole aggiungere delle novità alla propria routine di bellezza!
Se invece volete rillasarvi scegliete la strada dei massaggi o dedicatevi una giornata alla spa, con sauna e un massaggio rilassante. Da provare il massaggio con rituale berbero o all'olio di argan, rigeneranti per corpo e spirito!
Per quelle di voi che invece amano nutrire la propria anima, perché non regalarsi un buon libro o intraprendere delle letture diverse da quello che vi piace, potreste scoprire che intraprendere un nuovo cammino può essere un viaggio bellissimo.
Il mio unico desiderio per questo anno nuovo è quello di intraprendere il percorso dello yoga, per scoprire la vera gioa che può dare meditare su noi stessi e convita che il così detto "cibo per l'anima" sia la vera fonte della bellezza, non solo esteriore, ma soprattutto interiore!

So here we are at our firt post of this new amazing and sparkling 2013!We belive in this new year and we hope that everything will be always on top!
We are so ready to live a new season in our everyday life!not only in our loving life, but also in our personal life...we really want to spend some high-quality time with ourselves!
We have 365 days to start thinking what we really wanna do and to really commit in what we love most, in order to achive everything we desire!
But if we start a new journey, we need a great level of energy...so this is the perfect time of the year to try some new beauty treatments!
It takes nothing to feel good in our skin!
My suggestions are: Try a new manicure!you can also try a self-made one, so you will be free to make some experiments!Do you remembre the post about new manicure's trends?
Or why don't you take the chanche on changing your beauty routine? like try that face treatment you are always procrastinating?
If you have no idea on what to pick, you'll find shortly a post about the hottest news to add to your beauty routine!;)
Of course there is always the possbility to try a new massage like the one with argan oil or the Berber treatment. They really have great effects on your body and soul!
For those of you that instead prefer to nourish their soul, the perfect gift for you is a good book.
But not always the same kind of books you love, try a new genre..like something you would never read!
Maybe you'll find a new prospective in your life and this could be and interesting journey as well.
My only wish for this 2013 is this one: I really want to start practising yoga. I want to discover the joy that comes from meditation and I truly belive that the so said "food for your soul" is the real source of beauty, not only the one you see from the outside but especially the one that comes from the inside!
