VFNO 2012, Fashion Parade in Milan

Fashion Night Out is the night dedicated to celebrate fashion and luxury on the streets of a city, It’s a meeting point between people and the new collections shown on the stores open until midnight. This  event, arrived until the 4^th edition, in Milan, Paris, London and NYC has been celebrated with cocktails, fireworks and sparklers. In the capital of the famous tag “Made in Italy” VFNO was possible thanks to the liason between Italian Vogue and Milan’s county, whose this time dedicate a reasonable percentage of the economic resources earned to the people affected by the earthquake in Emilia Romagna a few months ago.  The night started around 7:00 pm where people from Italy and elsewhere found themselves in the downtown of the city, there were many meeting points but the commonest one was in from the Duomo’s square to start walking on the golden triangle. Some store had a Dj set inside to catch up the client’s attentions, others point it more for the classic but always trendy aperitivo with cocktails, and some did their own “private party”. The fashionable area of the city, VIa Vittorio Emanuele II, Via Monte Napoleone, Via della Spiga, Corso Como, Brera’s area and so on were full of model, actors, public people, young guys, and general public from all the nationalities came to enjoy the parade. The streets where just like a sea of people, rich of style most of them. The night end up with a private event organized by Director in Chief of Vogue Italia, Franca Sozzani dedicated it to the photographer Peter Lindbergh “Known and the unknown” which celebrate the photographer through 40 shoots. VFNO 2012, La Parata della moda a Milano La Fashion Night Out è la serata dedicata a festeggiare la moda ed il lusso, è un punto di incontro fra le nuove collezioni esposte nei negozi aperti fino a mezza notte e il popolo di una città. In questa occasione, giunta la quarta edizione dell'evento, Milano, Parigi, Londra e NYC hanno celebrato con cocktails e fuochi d'artificio la notte più aspettata dai fashionisti, la notte del 6 settembre. Nella capitale del “Made in italy” la VFNO è stato il risulto di mesi di lavoro organizzativo che si è resa possibile grazie alla liason fra il Comune di Milano e Vogue Italia che quest'anno hanno destinato parte dei fondi ricavati ai terremotati dell’Emilia. La serata è iniziata verso le 19 dove si sono trovate persone di tutta Italia e non solo, si sono ritrovate in diversi  punti della città, ma tanti si sono dati appuntamento al centro in zona Duomo per poi iniziare e percorrere le strade del quadrilatero. Alcune maison di moda per attirare l’attenzione dei clienti hanno organizzato nei loro Store, DJ set con musica dance come Deisel per esempio, altri come Alberta Ferretti e Moschino hanno offerto un servizio di aperitivo con cocktails per brindare all’evento, invece tanti hanno organizzato “Private parties” dentro le loro boutique. La zona del quadrilatero della moda, Via Vittorio Emanuele II, Via Monte Napoleone, Via della Spiga, Corso Como, in zona Brera e tutte le piccole stradine circondanti hanno accolto modelli, attori, personaggi pubblici, giovani, e persone di tutte le nazionalità per celebrare la festa della moda. Le strade erano occupate da una marea di gente e soprattutto si riusciva a capire le diverse tendenze che dominano la moda del momento. La serata si è conclusa con una festa privata organizzata dalla direttrice di Vogue Italia Franca Sozzani  dedicata al fotografo Peter Lindbergh "Known and the unknown" che celebra il fotografo attraverso 40 scatti. Per Voi ho ripreso alcuni looks che considero particolari e di ispirazione assoluta, insieme facciamo un toste alla creatività e alla libertà di indossare ciò che ci rende felici, “Un brindisi alla moda!!!”.
