"Allora, se tu avessi un'occasione, un'opportunità, di avere tutto cio che hai sempre desiderato, in un solo momento, la coglieresti o la lasceresti sfuggire?" Credo sia proprio questo il leitmotiv del film "8 Mile" diretto dal fantastico regista Curtis Hanson e scritto dallo sceneggiatore Scott Silver. Era diverso tempo che la custodia di questo dvd mi chiamava dalla videoteca, ma non avevo mai avuto la volontà di rispondere. Scegliere di rivedere un film già visto al cinema, considerando la miriade di film che non ho ancora visto e che magari non riuscirò mai a guardare, è sempre una decisione difficile. (sempre che non si tratti dei film del mio cuore, che allora è tutta un'altra storia!)
Sono passati già dieci anni da quando Eminem ci ha raccontato la sua vita, così difficile e carica di emozioni, ma nonostante tutto "8 Mile" resta un film attuale e con un grande messaggio ricco di forza per lo spettatore. Non importa chi sei, ne da dove vieni, perchè se credi veramente in un sogno e ci metti tutto te stesso, puoi farcela.
Quello che mi piace in "8 Mile" è la scelta di ciò che dell'esistenza dell'artista è stato deciso di raccontare. Come Jimmy Smith Jr. (Eminem) ha combattuto contro tutti gli eventi avversi della sua vita, come è riuscito ad emergere dal niente assoluto, attraverso un processo di crescita che lo ha portato a dare una svolta alla staticità in cui era imprigionato. La cosa più bella però, resta il finale aperto e possibilista che non conduce all'auto celebrazione dell'artista.La colonna sonora è davvero energizzante e il tema principale, "Lose yoursef", è l'unica canzone Rap ad aver vinto l'oscar. E' anche commovente vedere sullo schermo Brittany Murphy, l'attrice co porotagonista che è venuta a mancare in giovanissima età, nel 2009.
Curtis Hanson è un regista che non mi delude mai, il suo occhio riesce sempre a scegliere i particolari migliori per la messa in scena e il suo stile lascia sempre il segno. Ha diretto molti film degni di nota che avrò il piacere di consigliarvi in futuro.
"8 Mile" è anche un film che può essere particolarmente gradito ai nostri fidanzati o mariti, perchè c'è dentro quella parte un pò selvaggia che di solito gli uomini apprezzano.Potete trovare "8 Mile" su Amazon al prezzo di € 8,18 nella versione DVD e a € 11,70 nella versione BLU RAY.Se avete già visto "8 mile" o decideste di guardarlo, attendiamo i vostri commenti...Love, G."Look, if you had one shot, one opportunity. I believe this is precisely the leitmotiv of the movie "8 Mile" directed by fantastic director Curtis Hanson and written by Scott Silver. It was some time that the case of this dvd "called me" from the video library, but i have never answered.
Choose to review a movie that I have already seen at the movie theater, considering the myriad of movie that i have not yet seen and that perhaps not ever look at, it is always a difficult decision. (Unless it is the film of my heart, which then is another story!)
It is already ten years since Eminem told us his life, very difficult and emotionally-charged, but in spite of everything "8 Mile" remains a current film and with a great message rich with strength. No matter who you are, or where you're from, because if you think you really in a dream and we put them all yourself, you can do it.
What i like in "8 Mile" is what the director has chosen to tell of the life of the artist. Jimmy Smith Jr. (Eminem) has fought against all adverse events of his life, and was able to emerge from nothing, through a process of personal growth. The most beautiful thing, however, remains the final open and wishful that does not lead to the celebration of the artist.
The soundtrack is really energizing and the main theme, "Lose yoursef", is the only song Rap to have won the Academy Award. It is also moving to see on the screen Brittany Murphy, the actress co-porotagonist which has ceased to exist at a very young age, in 2009.
Director Curtis Hanson does not disappoint, and his style always leaves a mark. He has directed many major films that i have the pleasure to advise you in the future.
