E' vero che avevo gia' quello inglese pup-up, ma mi mancava quello in inglese semplice.
E' vero che ne avevo gia' altri due semplici in inglese, ma erano quelli comprati in india (e chissa' se l'inglese indiano e' diverso), inoltre mi dispiace dirlo ma le edizioni indiane sono le piu' brutte che ho: i disegni sono in bianco e nero e tutti confusi :-/.
Quindi nel weekend sono entrata nella prima libreria che ho trovato e mi sono impossessata del ventottesimo piccolo principe :-)
Sfogliando questa edizione, mi sono accorta della presenza di una nota del traduttore (Richard Howard), il quale dice che nel 2000 e' stata fatta una nuova traduzione ufficiale del Piccolo Principe, dopo quella del 1943 di Katherine Woods, "for it must be acknowledged that all translations date; certain works never do".
E infatti ci sono diverse differenze con l'edizione indiana, che pero' risulta tradotta da un ennesimo traduttore (quindi non e' la vecchia traduzione ufficiale)... quindi non so se le differenze siano da attribuire alla nuova versione vs vecchia versione o se all'american english vs indian english (british english?):-)
Quello che e' certo, e' che io mi trovo piu' a mio agio con la versione americana nuova :-)
