Perfetta l’organizzazione di Daria Del Gatto. Atmosfera informale e sperimentazione in equilibrio tra genziana e castagne.
Ottimi gli abbinamenti proposti dallo Chef Walter Regolanti, specialmente l’insalata di calamari e gamberi con pane croccante alle erbe, crema di patate alla cannella ed aceto di birra.

I had a great beer tasting last night - “La Birra del Borgo” - at the Restaurant Romolo al Porto.
A perfect organization by Daria Del Gatto. Informal atmosphere and nice experimentation between gentian and chestnuts.
The Chef ,Walter Regolanti, proposed excellent dishes, especially the calamari and shrimps salad with crusty herb bread, potatoes cream with cinnamon and malt vinegar.
