Today I want to talk about Airbnb, a website that I used a lot of times for my travels and I always found it very good. Haven’t you ever heard it? Don’t worry about that, now I explain you what it is! Airbnb is a marketplace for renting houses or free spaces.
The website connect people that have a free space in house with people that are looking for a place to stay for the night. In Airbnb you will be able to : - find an accommodation. You have a lot of filters to choose; - to rent a bed, a room or also an house, obviously in change of money. If you are planning a trip and you haven’t found a right hotel for your needs, I suggest you to take a look to Airbnb. You can refine your search for a specific zone of the city, for price, for how many people that need a place to stay, or for the type of accommodation: apartments, room, house… When you find a place that you are interested, you can look in the map where is it, the host informations (host is the person that rent the place), a calendar with the prices and the availability and the reviews of the people that already stayed there. Don’t underestimate ever this last point because it would be your salvation in a lot of cases!!!

The Customer Care is absolutely excellent, I’ve had a problem in my last reservation and they solved my problem in a few hours. Personally I recommend the experience to use Airbnb. My hosts were always very friendly, helpfully and they gave me a lot of useful tips.
