Armani Code and Megan Fox

ITAIeri stavo sfogliando una delle mie riviste inglesi preferite, Stylist Mag - ma perché in Italia non abbiamo ancora della free press femminile così ben fatta e interessante? - quando mi sono imbattuta nella nuova pubblicità di Armani Code, con protagonista una - assolutamente irriconoscibile - Megan Fox. All'inizio non ero affatto sicura che fosse lei, poi  l'ho riconosciuta dal tatuaggio sulla spalla, inconfondibile. Difficilmente rimango colpita dalle campagne pubblicitarie che si limitano a esibire la modella o vip di turno su sfondo neutro, senza un minimo di inventiva e originalità, quindi se l'ho notata vuole davvero dire che il restyling di Megan è stato notevole. È sempre stata bellissima e sensuale, ma in tutte le sue precedenti apparizioni non spiccava di certo per raffinatezza e classe. Questa volta, invece, mi ha stupito: caschetto nero con frangia alla Louise Brooks, pochissimo trucco sugli occhi, rossetto rosso steso alla perfezione, abito nero elegante e semplice, per una volta senza scollatura abissale. Il look perfetto per Armani Code, un profumo che mi è sempre piaciuto molto e che ho portato per diverso tempo. Qualche mese fa la stessa rivista, stilando una classifica dei profumi femminili più apprezzati dal sesso maschile in assoluto testati da delle volontarie nella vita di tutti i giorni, lo aveva inserito tra i primissimi posti. Non posso negare che sia vero: la trovo una delle fragranze più sfacciatamente femminili, sensuali e palesemente provocanti che io abbia mai sentito. La nota base è l'arancio, frutto e assoluta di fiori, con una base profonda e avvolgente di vaniglia e miele, dolcezza che ben si abbina alle noti pungenti dell'agrume. Il gelsomino, infine, racchiude il tutto in uno schema perfetto, creando un profumo pieno e morbido, ammaliante e resistente. La fragranza che consiglierei senza indugio a chi ha voglia, per una sera o tutti i giorni, di sentirsi davvero magnetica e sicura, per qualcun altro o solamente per se stessa. ENGYesterday I was browsing one of my favourite English magazine, Stylist Mag - I don't understand why we still don't have an example of interesting and well done free press like this one in Italy -  when I bumped into the new Armani Code advertising campaign, using as main character a - totally unrecognizable - Megan Fox. At the very beginning, I wasn't sure at all that she was her, then I've noticed the unmistakable shoulder tattoo. I'm hardly impressed by advertising campaign which use the same old boring formula of a random vip beauty on a  trivial background, without a bit of smartness and creativity, then if I've noticed that one it means that Megan's restyling was totally successful. She has always been beautiful and sexy, but in all her previous appearances she wasn't exactly the classiest and finest woman ever. On the contrary, this time she really impressed me: a short black bob with fringe, totally Louise Brooks style, almost bare eyes, red lipstick refined to perfection, wearing a black elegant plain dress, for once without an exposed cleavage. The perfect look for Armani Code, a fragrance which I've always liked and worn for a long time. Some months ago the same magazine, drafting a ranking of the female fragrances more appreciated by men and tested by random volunteers in daily life, put this one on the top. I cannot deny that it's true: I find it one of the most bolding feminine, sensual and clearly provocative fragrances that I've ever smelt. The main note is orange, both fruit and flowers essence, with a deep enveloping base of vanilla and honey, a sweetness which fits very well with citrus stinging notes. Finally, jasmine contains everything in a perfect scheme, creating a round, soft and long lasting perfume. A fragrance which I would suggest, without any doubt, to those who want to be, just for a night or for whole daily life, hypnotic and self conscious, for someone else or just for themselves.
