Buongiorno a tutti!!:)Stamani vi voglio parlare, di costume teatrale e cinematografico e in particolar modo di una Fondazione che ha fatto la storia del costume teatrale e cinematografico in Italia, sto parlando della FONDAZIONE TIRELLI.La Sartoria Tirelli è nata nel 1964, ad essa si deve la realizzazione di costumi per moltissimi film e spettacoli famosi in tutto il mondo, per esempio sono di questa fondazione la realizzazione di quasi tutti i costumi dei film di Luchino Visconti (disegnati dal grande Piero Tosi).Ha collaborato alla realizzazione dei costumi per il film "Casanova" di Federico Fellini, costumista il grande Danilo Donati il quale vinse l'Oscar per i migliori costumi, di "Momenti di Gloria" del regista Hugh Hudson, costumista Milena Canonero che vinse il premio Oscar per i migliori costumi nel 1982, i costumi di "Amadeus" di Milos Forman, dove il disegnatore Teodor Pistek vinse l'Oscar nel 1985, i costumi de "L'Età dell'Inoocenza" che valsero l'Oscar alla costumista Gabriella Pescucci nel 1994 e "Marie Antoinette" di Sofia Coppola, costumi che fruttarono un altro Oscar alla Costumista Milena Canonero.Numerose sono state le nomination e tanti premi italiani e stranieri, assegnati a vari costumisti ai quali la sartoria Tirelli ha dato il suo contributo realizzativo.Dopo la scomparsa del fondatore della Fondazione Tirelli, Umberto Tirelli, continua attraverso i suoi amici-eredi la sua prestigiosa attività sotto la guida di Dino Trappetti.
Un grande lavoro sartoriale, tanta passione e amore per quanto riguarda il mondo del costume, della moda, del cinema e del teatro, un grande interesse e amore verso i tessuti, tanta creatività, maestria e attenzione ai minimi dettagli ecco cosa caratterizzava la Fondazione Tirelli.Mi sono avvicinata a questo mondo, grazie a un Corso di costume teatrale e cinematografico, mi piace cercare costumisti e studiarli e leggere le loro opere, mi piace scoprire Fondazioni che hanno fatto la storia e fondazioni nuove che devono intraprendere questo bellissimo e lungo viaggio.

A great job tailoring, so much passion and love for what concerns the world of costume, fashion, film and theater, a great interest and love of fabrics, lots of creativity, craftsmanship and attention to detail is what characterized the Foundation Tirelli .I approached this world, thanks to a course of theatrical costume and film, I like to look for costume and study them and read their works, I like to find foundations that have made history and new foundations that have to take this beautiful and long journey.
