Incontri d'arte e solidarietà in Abruzzo

Il 2090° Distretto del Rotary Club sta portando avanti un progetto di campus estivo al mare per bambini portatori di handicap. A questo scopo ha coinvolto sette artisti di chiara fama e grande sensibilità che hanno lavorato con entusiasmo nella splendida cornice del Parco dei Priori di Fossacesia (CH). 

Qui, all'ombra della solenne mole di pietra dell'Abbazia di San Giovanni in Venere e sovrastando il lucente semicerchio del mare, hanno realizzato 21 lavori che di tanta bellezza si sono alimentati oltre che del desiderio di dare una mano a bambini meno fortunati di altri.
I risultati del loro lavoro sono magnifici: guizzi luminosi e tramonti incendiari di Matteo Fiorentino, caligini misteriose e dolci di Esilde Rendina, millenari simboli e temi di ornati mediterranei di Pippo Altomare, struggenti misurati silenzi di Pippo Cosenza, consistenze sognanti negli scogli e barche di Giustino Novelli, trasparenti emozionate presenze di Gianni Mastrantoni e elegantissimi manichini metafisici di Silvano D'Orsi. 
Lavori che continueranno a parlare di amicizia e d'amore per la vita a chi condividerà la gioia di queste emozioni fissate sulla tela. Le 21 opere che i Maestri hanno donato al Rotary per il campus sono messe in vendita ad un prezzo inferiore del 35% rispetto al prezzo di mercato e questo per offrire una motivazione in più oltre alla soddisfazione di aiutare la difficile infanzia di bambini disabili.

Rotary District 2090 is carrying out a project of a seaside summer campus for handicapped children. For this reason it has engaged seven famous artists of great sensitivity to work in the beautiful surroundings of Fossacesia in the Parco dei Priori.

Here, in the shadow of the massive stone building of the Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere and overlooking the semicircle shining sea, they created 21 works that were nourished with such beauty as well as with the desire to help the less fortunate children.
The results of their enthusiast effort are remarkable: flashes of light and incendiary sunsets by Matteo Fiorentino, mysterious misty and sensuous landscapes by Esilde Rendina, age-old themes of Mediterranean ornate and symbols by Pippo Altomare, measured but poignant silences by Pippo Cosenza, dreamy textures of rocks and boats by Giustino Novelli, transparent excited appearances by Gianni Mastrantoni and elegant metaphysical mannequins by Silvano D'Orsi.
They will always speak of friendship and love for life to those who will share the joy of these emotions laid down on canvas. The 21 works that the Masters have donated for the projected campus are offered for sale at a price 35% lower than the market price in order to add a further motivation to the satisfaction of helping the difficult life of children with disabilities.
