Siccome è domenica sera  e dobbiamo prepararci psicologicamente all'arrivo del lunedì, vorrei lasciarvi una foto di un dolce tipico piemontese. La regione Piemonte ha, come tutte le regioni Italiane, delle ricette fantastiche da provare e cibi tipici unici in bontà: forse meno conosciuti ma meritano di essere assaggiati. 
Questo cibo è in realtà dedicato ai golosi: il Bunet. 
Incominciate a guardare la foto e adesso vi dico tutto, promesso. Il dolce è tipico della regione delle Langhe ( magnifica area da visitare!). 

In ogni caso bunet vuol dire cappello ed ha origini molto antiche. 

Vi sembra un semplice budino? Dovrebbe essere un suo antenato ma con aggiunta di magnifici amaretti e caramello sopra. Vi posso assicurare che il binomio cacao amaro e amaretti è qualche cosa da provare....può anche creare dipendenza, ma personalmente adoro questo genere di dipendenze!
It's Sunday night and we have to prepare ourselves psychologically on the arrival of  Monday.I would like to share with you a picture of a typical dessert from Piemonte. The region of Piedmont - as all the Italian regions- is rich of fantastic recipes to try. Its local foods is unique and very tasty. Maybe it is less known but you have to taste it!This food is dedicated to the gourmands, Bunet. Let start by looking at the picture. Don't worry, I'm going to tell you all about this terrific dessert! I promise you. Bunet is typical of the Langhe region  (great area to be visited in Piedmont). "Bunet" means hat and has very ancient origins. Does it seem a simple pudding? It should be one of its ancestors, but with the addition of beautiful macaroons ( amaretti) and caramel on the top. I can assure you that the combination of bitter chocolate and amaretto is great .... you can become addicted, but I personally love this kind of addiction!
