Lo chevre (formaggio di capra), è un formaggio dal gusto un po' particolare, utilizzatissimo in Provenza ma acquistabile facilmente anche da noi nella grande distribuzione.

For me it was a great success several times despite its simplicity .
The chevre ( goat cheese ) , has a taste a bit 'special , used in Provence but also easily to find by us in the supermarkets.
