15/10/1977   “ Quando gioca segna sempre Trezegueeeeeeeeeet … Trezegueeeeeeeeeet !!!!”   Ci sono calciatori che inseguono una palla, altri che cercano la giocata, altri che fanno della corsa o della grinta il loro cavallo di battaglia e poi ci sono loro, i bomber, quelli veri, non gli attaccanti “comuni”, ma i bomber di razza, gente nata per fare goal, lui è stato uno dei più grandi marcatori degli ultimi anni, forse unico in alcune sue attitudini, lui è, come lo chiamano i suoi tifosi :  TREZEGOL !   Sweet home Argentina / Sweet home Francia.   Cresciuto in Argentina, fa capire subito le sue doti speciali, tanto da esordire in prima squadra (al Platense)a soli 16 anni e passare a soli 18 anni al Monaco, tornando nella natìa Francia, mostrando subito un talento fuori dal comune tanto da spingere il tecnico Tigana a farlo esordire fra i grandi a fianco di un certo Thierry Henry. Anche i selezionatori francesi si accorgono di lui e lo convocano nelle nazionali giovanili, dove David vince il titolo Europeo Under 18 nel 1996. La stagione 1997/98 è quella della ribalta, conquista il posto da titolare in squadra segnando ben 18 reti in campionato e 4 in Champions League. Fa parte della spedizione francese ai Mondiali 1998 dove si laurea Campione del Mondo. Nella stagione 1999/00 è protagonista della vittoria dello scudetto, segnando 22 reti in campionato, superando le 60 reti in sole 3 stagioni con la maglia monegasca.   King of Europe. La stagione si conclude in gloria per lui, protagonista assoluto della vittoria del titolo europeo della sua nazionale, indimenticabile (ahimè anche per noi italiani) il suo bellissimo golden goal in finale proprio contro la nostra nazionale. David Trezeguet è ormai uno dei bomber più in vista del panorama mondiale !   Trezeguet e la Juve, storia di un grande amore ! Nell’Estate del 2000 passa alla Juventus, dove pur giocando poco riesce a segnare 14 reti. L’anno successivo, sotto la guida di Marcello Lippi, esplode in tutta la sua bravura, vince lo scudetto da protagonista, vincendo anche il titolo di capocannoniere con 24 goal e siglando anche ben 8 reti in Champions League. Il resto è storia, gioca nella Juventus per 10 stagioni realizzando oltre 170 goal, di cui 138 in campionato e 30 nelle competizioni europee, diventando il miglior marcatore straniero della storia bianconera !   Oltre ai vari Scudetti e Supercoppe vinti con le maglie di Monaco e Juventus, vanta anche il riconoscimento personale di miglior giocatore dell’anno della Serie A nel 2002, è stato inserito da Pelè nella lista dei migliori 100 giocatori di calcio della storia, oltre ad essere il terzo marcatore assoluto con la maglia della nazionale francese, dietro solo ad Henry e Platini.     Il dopo-Juve. Nonostante l’età avanzata Trezeguet si toglie la soddisfazione di “andare in doppia cifra” anche nella Liga spagnola, dove nella stagione 2010/11 con la maglia dell’Hercules segna 12 goal. Dal Gennaio del 2012 torna nella sua Argentina, dove gioca e veste la fascia di capitano nel River Plate.     Chiudo come ho iniziato questo articolo, e cioè con il il coro che si innalzava regolarmente dalle curve dei tifosi juventini : “ Quando gioca segna sempre Trezegueeeeeeeeeet … Trezegueeeeeeeeeet !!!!”                         ENGLISH VERSION   David Trezeguet

There are players who chase a ball, others seeking the play, others who do the race or grit their workhorse and then you have them, the bomber, the real ones, not the attackers “common”, but the bomber race, people born to be a goal,
he was one of the greatest scorers in recent years, perhaps unique in some of his attitudes, he is, as his fans call him: TREZEGOL!Sweet home Argentina / France Sweet home.
Growing up in Argentina, he immediately understand the special skills, so as to debut in the first team (at Platense) only 16 years old and go to Monaco only 18 years old, back in his native France, immediately showing an exceptional talent that pushed the coach Tigana to do so among the great debut alongside a certain Thierry Henry.
Even the French breeders not notice him and summon in the national youth, where David won the European Under-18 title in 1996.
The 1997/98 season is that of the limelight, winning the starting spot in team scoring less than 18 goals in the league and four in the Champions League.
It is part of the French expedition to the WC 1998 where he graduated World Champion.
In the 1999/00 season is the protagonist of winning the league, scoring 22 league goals, surpassing the 60 goals in just 3 seasons with the shirt of Monaco.

King of Europe.
The season ends in glory for him, the protagonist of the victory of European title of his national unforgettable (unfortunately for us Italians) its beautiful golden goal in the final against our own country.
David Trezeguet has become one of the most prominent bomber on the world!

Trezeguet Juventus, the story of a great love!
In the summer of 2000 he moved to Juventus, where despite playing just manages to score 14 goals.
The following year, under the guidance of Marcello Lippi, explodes in all his skill, he won the league title as a protagonist, winning the top scorer with 24 goals and also signing as many as 8 goals in the Champions League.
The rest is history, playing 10 seasons at Juventus for achieving over 170 goals, 138 of which are in the league and 30 in European competition, becoming the top scorer in the history of Juventus stranger!

In addition to the various Patches and Super Cups won with the meshes of Monaco and Juventus, also boasts the personal recognition of the Serie A Player of the Year in 2002, was posted by Pele in the list of the top 100 football players in history, as well as be the third scorer overall with the French national team, behind only Henry and Platini.
