DSM-5: pubblicato online il draft

E' stata resa pubblica la bozza del DSM-5 (diagnostic and statistic manual of mental disorders, 5^ edizione). La prossima versione del manuale di riferimento a livello mondiale per la diagnosi dei disturbi mentali è ancora in fase di elaborazione, e al momento il draft è disponibile solo in inglese. Secondo le notizie riportate sul sito, la versione definitiva del DSM-5 sarà pubblicata nel 2013. Nel draft sono evidenziate le linee-guida sulla base delle quali saranno effettuate le revisioni del manuale attualmente in uso. Collegandosi al sito dell'APA (American Psychiatric Association),è anche possibile esprimere i propri commenti ed opinioni fino al 20 Aprile; che si tratti di marketing o di un sincero intento di rendere pubblica e democratica la revisione delle diagnosi sulle malattie mentali, in ogni caso è un occasione da non perdere!
