Eden Diodati al Super: Lusso Made in Italy e Made in Africa

A Milano al Super ho incontrato la bellissima Jennifer Ewah, la fondatrice del fashion brand Eden Diodati. Eden Diodati è un brand inglese con sede a Londra, e produce abbigliamento donna e gioielli. I gioielli sono creati da donne di una cooperativa in Ruanda, donne sopravvissute a un genocidio, mentre gli abiti sono Made in Italy e vengono prodotti da donne disabili e vittime di abusi. Ho parlato con Jennifer, e devo dire che è stata una bellissima esperienza, è una donna splendida, forte e di carattere. Mi ha sottolineato un concetto: la moda deve sempre avere un’idea dentro di sé, e soprattutto un progetto, che vada oltre il prodotto.  E questo brand ha un progetto molto bello, che consiste nella solidarietà femminile, nel dare a molte donne una possibilità di farcela da sole, per ricostruire le proprie vite.
La collezione prét-a-porter F/W 2014 vuole esprimere il passaggio dal buio alla luce, ed è fatta di sete stampate e gioielli scultura. Eden Diodati, Made in Italy, Made in Africa, bellezza e lusso che coesistono.

At Pitti’s Super in Milan I met the beautiful Jennifer Ewah, the founder of the fashion brand Eden Diodati. Eden Diodati is an English brand based in London, and produces women’s clothing and jewelry. The jewels are created by a cooperative of women in Rwanda, survivors of the genocide, while the clothes are made ​​in Italy and they are produced by women with disabilities and victims of abuse. I had a beautiful conversation with Jennifer, and I must say it was a great experience, she’s a strong, gorgeous woman, with a great personality. She pointed out a very important concept: fashion should always have an idea within, and, above all, a project that goes beyond the product. This brand has a very nice project, which relies on female solidarity, in giving many women a chance to make it by themselves, to rebuild their lives.
The prét -a-porter F/W 2014 collection is about to express the passage from darkness to light, and it is made of printed silks and sculpture jewels. Eden Diodati, Made in Italy, Made in Africa, beauty and luxury coexist in it.
