Stando a voci che girano da un po’ sul web, Facebook starebbe collaborando con INQ Mobile LTD per creare degli smartphone, con SO Android, da portare nel mercato entro la fine del 2011.
Una fonte abbastanza attendibile ha rilasciato le seguenti dichiarazioni:
The devices, which will feature Facebook social-networking services, are due to be introduced in Europe in the first half of 2011 and the U.S. in the second half, said one of the people, who asked not to be identified because the plans haven’t been made public.
Ovvero:
I device, che avranno funzioni di social-networking legate ai servizi di Facebook, saranno introdotti nel mercato Europeo nella prima metà del 2011 e negli Stati Uniti nella seconda metà. La dichiarazione è stata rilasciata da una fonte che preferisce restare anonima.
