ingredienti per questi 5 mini stampini: 100 ml melone sbucciato 1/2 cucchiaio di succo di limone 60 gr yogurt greco bianco 1 cucchiaino di miele lamponi (della mia pianta!!)
Affettare il melone, togliere la buccia e frullare la polpa in un robot insieme al succo di limone, allo yogurt greco e al miele, deve diventare una pure omogenea, distribuire la purea negli stampini per gelato, aggiungere alcuni lamponi freschi all'interno delle formine (io ne ho messi 2 perchè le formine sono piccole) mettere in freezer e congelare.
