Che Apple sia una ditta innovativa, moderna, aperta è fuori di dubbio… Tranne che sulle critiche. Infatti a quanto pare non ama riceverne, tantomeno se a farle è un’impiegato che lavora per Apple stessa. Infatti riporta 9to5mac.com che un’impiegato inglese è stato licenziato perchè avrebbe espresso giudizi negativi su Apple, tramite i social network. Crisp, questo il nome dell’impiegato in causa, avrebbe postato un commento negativo, sulla sua pagina privata di Facebook. Dopo esser stato licenziato, Crisp ha fatto ricorso al tribunale dei lavoratori, il quale però gli ha data torto avvallando la teoria degli avvocati di Apple che impone nel contratto di tutti i dipendenti il divieto di commentare negativamente il brand. Certo non una bella figura in ogni caso da parte di Apple. Per fortuna io non lavoro direttamente per Apple, ma per un APR, quindi sono libero di dire quello che penso.
