Questa tortina gelato è una creazione della mamma, è una cuoca eccezionale e spesso si diletta nell'invenzione di nuove ricette, che noi ovviamente gustiamo e poi rubiamo!!
This ice-cream pie is our mom idea!!!she's an amazing cook and often invents new recipes, that we imitate and some times steal!!!
Usare delle vaschette piuttosto profonde
Use deep molds
Amaretti e Biscotti secchi
"Amaretti" and biscuits
Ricoprire le vaschette con abbondante pellicola trasparente
Fill the molds with a plastic wrap
Preparare del caffè allungato con acqua e in un'altra ciotola l'alchermes anche questo allungato con acqua
Make some coffee and in a different bowl the Alchermes diluted with water
Mettere gli amaretti a bagno nel caffè
Put the "amaretti" in the coffee
Disporli nelle vaschette
And then in the molds
Aggiungere un po' di gelato (noi abbiamo usato i gelati alle creme come nocciola, crema, cioccolato)
Add a little bit of ice-cream (we used the creams ice-cream like nut, cream, chocolate)
Mettere i biscotti a bagno nell'archermes
Put the biscuits in the alchermes
Disporli sopra il gelato
put the ice-cream on it
Aggiungere gelato
Add more ice-cream
Mettere altri biscotti
Put other buiscuits
Spianare e chiudere il tutto con la pellicola
Make level and close it all with the plastic wrap
Ora è il momento di metterli nel freezer per circa 2 ore
Put it in the freezer for about 2 hours

Fare una sbriciolata di amaretti, aggiungere foglie di menta...
Add a little bit of crumb amaretti and add mint leaves
....e una ciliegia
...and a cherry
