[IDEA RICICLO] Fascia intrecciata riciclata - Recycled braided headband

Qua si continua a far pulizia nell'armadio e nei cassetti, visto l'estrema esigenza di fare ordine!
Oggi vi propongo un mini tutorial semplice e veloce per riciclare parte di una vecchia canotta (quelle modello "maglietta della salute" in tessuto elastico) e creare una fascia per capelli, che in estate non sono mai troppe!
Today I'm posting a mini tutorial on how to reuse a part of an old top made by elastic fabric and create a brand new headband, on summer we always need headbands!

Cosa vi serve: una canotta vecchia, una strisciolina di tessuto di avanzo (in alternativa potete comunque solo utilizzare la stoffa della canotta), forbici, ago e filo, un pezzettino di elastico.
What do you need: an old elastic top, a strip of colored fabric  (or you can also use only the fabric form your old top, it doesn't mind), scissors, thread and needle, a little bit of elastic braid.
Si comincia! - Let's start!
Creare la prima treccia (punti 1, 2 e 3): Tagliate una striscia di tessuto dalla vostra maglia, alta a piacimento. Dividete la striscia tubolare in due altre strisce (separando cioè il davanti dal dietro tagliando via le cuciture laterali. Avrete così ottenuto, unendo anche la striscia di tessuto colorato, tre strisce (2), fermate le strisce insieme con un paio di punti ed iniziate a formare una treccia stretta (3).
Making the first braid (steps 1,2,3): Cut of your top a strand of fabric, as tall as you like (1), then divide the tubular strand in 2 flat strand by cutting of the lateral seems, so, with the other colored strip, you will have 3 strips of fabric (2). Pin the 3 strands together and start braiding tight (3).
Creare la seconda treccia (punti 4,5,6):  Per creare la seconda parte della fascia, quella che andrà a contatto con la nuca, tagliate via le due spalline del top ed una seconda strisciolina dalla canotta più o meno della stessa lunghezza delle spalline (4). Prendete un pezzettino di elastico lungo quanto la strisciolina di tessuto ed inglobatelo all'interno della stessa, cucendo ai lati (in modo da nascondere l'elastico di colore bianco), punto 5. Infine create una piccola treccia stretta stretta intrecciando le due spalline con al centro l'elastico ricoperto dal tessuto della canotta (punto 6).
Making the second braid (steps 4,5,6): To create the second braid, the one that will stay on your nape, cut off the two shoulder straps and another flat piece of fabric of the same length (4). Pick a piece of elastic braid of the same length of the piece of fabric and start wrapping it in the fabric to hide it, then sew the lateral edges (5). Make a little and very tight braid using the two shoulder straps and the covered elastic (step 6).

Infine cucite le due trecce insieme e con due striscioline di tessuto formate degli anellini che andrete a cucire in corrispondenza delle cuciture per coprirle.
Then sew the two braids together and cover the seams using two little rings of fabric.
