Yesterday I've taken part in the ▲LuisaViaRoma + Polyvore Launch Party at LuisaViaRoma, a glamorous boutique in Florence. The event was for the Polyvore launch in Europe and there were a lot of famous italian fashion bloggers, including Chiara Ferragni (The Blonde Salad), as sponsor of the event. The other bloggers and me had the big opportunity to take many pictures inside the boutique, especially to the last collection hosted (Crystal Lovers by Felice Molisano) and, who wanted, could be photographed by a professional photographer. Upstairs there was also a lovely cocktail party for us.
Since it was my first fashion bloggers event, I was really excited and it was a little weird being in a room with many other girls with their cameras..girls that until yesterday, I just 'knew' through their blogs.
This event is the clear fact that also in Italy, finally, fashion bloggers are considered as an important issue: a fashion issue. Moreover, I was very glad to know some of them and to see again some friends of mine, as Martina (The Fashion Coffee).Honestly there was also something that i dislike: for example, in my opinion, the event's advertisement has been very huge, instead the event not; then all the stories that you couldn't participate without a special invitation were wrong: in fact, most of people haven't got an invitation, or left it at home or haven't even received!
However it was an exciting experience and i hope to repeat it very soon.
Here you are more photos of the party. Enjoy them ;)
