Mentre nel 2013 la Spagna approva la anti-riots law, nel 2014 la Grecia gli va dietro con l’istituzione delle prigioni di tipo C.
E l’Italia?
Assolve tutti i colpevoli di Genova, e condanna i manifestanti con una legge risalente al ventennio fascista.
Ieri mi passa sulla bacheca di facebook una serie di foto: ad Atene volano di nuovo le molotov, l’università è stata occupata….aspetta…ma….che cazzo sta succedendo ad Atene?
Cercare notizie in rete è un dramma, nessun giornale ne parla, nemmeno il guardian.
Indymedia Grecia ha il piccolo problema di essere scritto in greco, e non ci si capisce un cazzo.
Gli altri al massimo sprecano 3 righe con allegate un paio di foto di cassonetti in fiamme.
Finalmente si spiega qualcosa…da Marzo alcuni prigionieri sono in sciopero della fame, alcuni stanno rischiando le vite, per protestare contro l’istituzione delle prigioni C.
Il pensiero corre in un attimo ai blocchi H e a Bobby Sands.
Che sono ‘ste prigioni C?
Nessuno lo spiega, da nessuna parte.
Alla fine finisco sul sito di Al Jazeera (ma che davero?), che a sua volta rimanda a un altro sito…in cui qualcosa viene spiegato.
Le prigioni C sono prigioni di massima sicurezza, riservate ai “terroristi” ed al crimine organizzato;
unica nota: la decisione di essere mandati in questo inferno non spetta a nessun tribunale, è una scelta diretta del ministro dell’interno.
Non è permesso uscirne per nessun motivo, le visite sono vietate, niente telefono, internet, tv, insomma, nessun contatto col mondo esterno, vi si pratica l’isolamento sistematico, la tortura, il terrore.
C’è chi le definisce le Guantanamo bay greche.
I primi a finirci dentro sono stati gli anarchici….ma va?
Ma la storia, cazzo, non ci ha insegnato niente???
Inoltre, si chiede l’ospadelizzazione domicialiare per Savvas Xiros, invalido al 98% e attualmente ancora in carcere dal 2012; la sua richiesta di trasferimento in una struttura più adeguata ai suoi problemi di salute è stata più volte rigettata per vizi formali (leggi: scuse del cazzo).
La lista completa delle richieste degli anarchici in sciopero della fame dal 2 Marzo:
– Ritiro della legislazione anti-terrorismo speciale per gli attivisti politici (leggi 187A e 187)
– Ritiro delle leggi speciali repressive (legge “sul cappuccio”)
– Abolizione delle carceri di tipo C
– Delimitazione dell’uso e manipolazione del DNA nei processi.
– Il rilascio immediato del disabile prigioniero Savvas Xiros (98% disabile)
Quindi, ricapitolando, Strasburgo condanna i fatti di Bolzaneto e della scuola Diaz al G8 di Genova e chiude gli occhi di fronte a questo?

Ma del resto, ormai, da Genova sono passati 14 anni e tutti gli aguzzini sono stati lasciati a piede libero grazie alle prescrizioni, mentre i manifestanti si stanno facendo anni e anni di carcere grazie a una legge del ventennio fascista.
E gli italiani non hanno fatto un cazzo, quindi, salvaguardia dello status quo raggiunta.
I compagni greci, però, non sono altrettanto addormentati…e si incazzano.
Viene occupato un edificio dell’università. (non ci è data sapere la data, a quanto pare)
Il 7 Aprile, circa 2000 anarchici si sono riuniti ad Exarchia in una manifestazione di solidarietà con i prigionieri, e nella speranza di dare voce e visibilità alla loro protesta.
Il 13 Aprile la polizia circonda l’edificio, intanto, nel centro città, iniziano gli scontri con lancio di molotov e fumogeni, mentre poliziotti in borghese arrestano indiscriminatamente chiunque passeggi per le strade, turisti compresi.
Il 15 Aprile una manifestazione di soliderietà agli occupanti si è radunata attorno all’edificio, ancora circondato dalla polizia, alcuni hanno lanciato sacche di cibo agli anarchici all’interno ell’edificio, incitandoli a resistere.
Oggi, 17 Aprile, alle 7.20 (ora locale) la polizia, sostenuta dai vigili del fuoco, ha fatto irruzione nell’edificio occupato.
Tutto ciò nella vostra democraticissima Europa.

Così, dopo la “anti-riots law”, dopo i fatti impuniti di Genova, si aggrega anche la Grecia con ‘sta porcata.
Solo a me pare un piano un attimino fascista?
In 3 paesi della comunità europea è stato rispettivamente fatto divieto di manifestare davanti agli edifici istituzionali, di fotografare o filmare la polizia, la tortura è rimasta impunita e il ministero dell’interno si arroga il potere di non passare dal tribunale, dando briglia sciolta alla pulizia ideologica degli oppositori politici.
Ogni centimetro di libertà che ci siamo sudati con lotte e sangue nell’arco di una storia se ne sta scivolando via così?
E noi lo lasciamo andare?
Non facciamo niente?
Siamo arrivati al punto che nemmeno se ne parla?
In Italia sicuramente no, non sia mai che decidessimo di prendere esempio dai compagni di Atene e PROVARCI, almeno, a far sentire la nostra voce.
Forse c’aveva ragione quell’amichetto greco che, quando gli ho spiegato che era Casapound, mi ha guardato sorpreso, m’ha sorriso e m’ha chiesto: “ma perché glielo avete permesso? Noi non glielo avremmo fatto fare, proprio mai”.
Rabbia, solo rabbia, cazzo.

Yesterday passed on my facebook’s wall a series of photos: in Athens fly again Molotov, the university is occupied …. but …. wait … what the fuck is happening in Athens?
Look for news on the net is tragic, no newspaper talks about it, even the guardian.
Indymedia Greece has the small problem of being written in greek, and we can’t understand a fucking nothing.
The other sites waste as maximum three lines with attached a couple of photos of bins on fire.
Finally it explains something … from March some prisoners are on hunger strike, some are risking live, to protest against the establishment of the C prisons.
My thoughts ran in a moment to the H blocks and Bobby Sands.
What are these C prisons ?
No one explains it, anywhere.
At the end I finish on the Al Jazeera’s website (but, really?), which links to an external site … in which something is finally explained.
C prisons are maximum security prisons, reserved for “terrorists” and organized crime;
only a note: the decision to be sent in this hell is not by court, is a direct choice by minister.
It is not allowed to get out of it for any reason, the visits are prohibited, no phone, Internet, TV, in short, no contact with the outside world, there is systematically practiced isolation, torture, terror.
There is who defines it as the Greek Guantanamo bay .
The firsts to finish there are the anarchists …. what a surprise!
But the story, fuck, doesn’t taught us anything?
In addition, it asks the home-hospitalization for Savvas Xiros, invalid at 98% and currently still in jail since 2012; his request for transfer to a more appropriate structure for his health problems has been rejected for formal reasons (read: fucking excuses ).

But then, now, from Genoa has passed 14 years and all the jailers were left on the loose thanks to the statute barred, while the protesters are doing years and years in prison thanks to a law of the fascist period.
And Italians have not done a shit, so, preservation of the status quo reached.
The Greek comrades, however, are not so asleep … and they are angry.
A university building is occupied . (Not possible to know the date, apparently)
On April 7, about 2000 anarchists gathered in Exarchia in a demonstration of solidarity with the prisoners, and in the hope of giving voice and visibility to their protest.
On April 13, the police surrounding the building, meanwhile, in the city center, starting fights with Molotov and smoke bombs, while plainclothes policemen arrest anyone indiscriminately in the streets, including tourists.
On April 15 a demonstration for solidarity with squatters had joined up around the building, still surrounded by the police, some threw bags of food to the anarchists inside the building, urging them to resist.
Today, April 17, at 7.20 (local time) the police, supported by the fire brigade, stormed the occupied building .
All in your super democratic Europe.

So, after the “anti-riots law”, after the Genoa’s events unpunished, the Greece joins with this shit.
Only to me it seems a plan a little bit fascist?
In three EU countries is respectively forbidden to protest in front of the institutional buildings, to photograph or film the police, torture remained unpunished and the Ministry takes the power not to pass by the court, giving free rein to ideological cleansing of political opponents.
Every inch of freedom that we sweaty with struggles and blood, along a story, is slipping away like this?
And we just let it go?
Doing nothing?
Are we at the point that no one not even talks about it?
In Italy certainly not, just in case we decide to take a cue from Athens’ comrades and TRY, at least, to make our voices heard.
Perhaps was in the right that greek friend of mine that, when I explained him what Casapound is, looked at me surprised,then smiled and asked me: “Why did you let them do it? We wouldn’t let them do it, no way!”
