La Grecia puo' rendere ''sostenibile il rapporto Debito-Pil attraverso la combinazione di misure fiscali ed un haircut del 40%'', ossia una decurtazione del valore dei titoli di Stato in mano ai creditori.
Lo afferma Citigroup spiegando che le prospettive economiche di breve termine della Grecia ''rimangono fosche'' e che ''in uno scenario di haircut le banche di Belgio, Francia e Germania sono le piu' esposte''.
