Un caterer è, genericamente l'organizzatore di qualsiasi festa, ma per un matrimonio massimo ci vuole una di quelle signore, informatissime, che ne hanno fatto una professione.
Siamo nel 1959 e nel Galateo di Contessa Clara già si parla di wedding planner. Che fine ha fatto questa professione negli anni, se oggi ci lamentiamo ancora che è una professione nuova? Se pensiamo, a torto, che avere una/un wedding planner al proprio matrimonio sia ancora un lusso, che sia una figura utile solo per matrimoni massimi?

A caterer is, generally, the organizer of any party, but for a wedding takes up one of those ladies, well informed, who made a profession.
We are in 1959 and Etiquette Countess Clara is already talk of a wedding planner. What happened to this profession over the years, even if today we complain that it is a new profession? If we think, wrongly, that having a wedding planner to their marriage is still a luxury, a figure that is only useful for luxurious weddings?
