Buonissimo Natale a tutti voi! 
Voglio cogliere l'occasione, come ormai spesso capita, per ringraziarvi. I commenti forse sono diventati meno usuali (colpa mia che ho meno tempo di commentare i vostri blog, ma non ho smesso di seguirne nessuno!) ma le visite sono drasticamente cresciute negli ultimi mesi. Questo mi ha dato una sicurezza e una tranquillità che l'hanno scorso non mi sarei potuta permettere. Mi avete permesso di passare un dicembre tosto dal punto di vista degli impegni senza che io potessi temere per la vita di The Travel Eater. Ormai, evidentemente è un blog formato e autonomo, cercato e reperito facilmente sui motori di ricerca, e le sue visite non dipendono più strettamente da quanto serrata sia la sua pubblicazione dei post. Non per questo smetterò di postare con regolarità, ma sento di poter trascorrere con più serenità questi momenti eccezionali di massimo impegno (e anche fatica).
Per questo, grazie. E' il miglior regalo di Natale che, silenziosamente e insieme platealmente, avreste potuto farmi.

An amazing Christmas to you all!
I take this opportunity, as I usually do, to say thank you. The comments may have become less common (that's my fault because I'm usually too busy to comment on your blogs, but I didn't give up following anyone) but the visits have dramatically increased in recent months. This has given me a confidence and peace of mind that last year I would not be able to afford. I have been able to spend an hard December from the point of view of the commitments but without the fear for the life of The Travel Eater. Now it is an autonomous blog, often searched and easily found on search engines, and its visits do not depend strictly on how tightened is the publication of the posts. This does not mean I'll give up posting regularly, but I feel I can spend more serenely these exceptional moments of maximum effort (and fatigue).
For this, thank you. This is the best Christmas present you could give me.
