Last night I did not know what to cook at home and since I always have a roll of pasta and vegetables brisee I think you prepare this tasty pie diverdure. You can use all the vegetables you have available, otherwise these are the ingredients that I used last night. This recipe, with any kind of vegetables, has always a great success!

Ingredienti:
un rotolo di pasta brisee, 1 melanzana, 1 patata, sedano q.b., 3 carote, olive nere q.b, r, pane grattugiato, olio q.b., sale q.b., pepe q.b., origano q.b.
Ingredients:
a roll of puff brisee, 1 eggplant, 1 potato, celery taste, 3 carrots, black olives to taste, r, bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano to taste
Lavare e tagliere tutte le verdure a cubetti piccoli. In una coppa condire con olio, sale, pepe e origano (se volete potete utilizzare l’erba cipollina secca, da molto sapore).

Stendere un rotolo di pasta brisee in una teglia e punzecchiare con una forchetta.
Versare gli ingredienti.
Aggiungere qualche fiocco di ricotta (o altro formaggio che si scioglie). Infine cospargete il pane grattugiato, un altro filo di olio, sale, pepe e aromi aggiunti in precedenza.

Chiudere l’impasto così come vedete in foto in modo da raccogliere il contenuto e punzecchiate la pasta brisee con una forchetta.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200 gradi per 25 minuti. A fine cottura 3 minuti di grill e sfornate !
