pan grattato, prezzemolo,timo,un po di aglio tritato finemente olio extra vergine di oliva quanto basta aromatizzato (Ginger, Bergamia) Marina Colonna,sale
pepe bianco macinato fresco Tec-Al
Lavare il pesce tagliarlo a pezzi rondelle, passarlo nel trito di erbe, aglio,sale ,pepe, ed un po di olio aromatizzato ed infine nel pan grattato. Disporre il tutto in una teglia. Cuocere per una ventina di minuti in una teglia in forno a fuoco medio.
