What is this?: bibite con "Nata de Coco"

Una bibita da masticare? Impossibile? Non direi! Girovagando tra gli scaffali di vari negozi ho avuto modo di vedere bibite che non sapevo nemmeno esistessero, ma questa di cui vi parlo oggi le supera tutte. L'avevo già comprata qualche anno fa quando ancora non abitavo qui, ma vedendone la consistenza non avevo avuto il coraggio di assaggiarla.. Si chiama Nata de Coco e, cercando su Wikipedia, il termine sta a significare: «alimento gommoso, traslucido e gelatinoso derivato dalla fermentazione dell'acqua di cocco».. ed infatti scuotendo la bottiglietta si vedono tanti frammenti di gelatina biancastra che fluttuano nella bibita (non gassata). Un altro marchio, Mogu Mogu, ha la stessa tipologia e sulle proprie bottiglie riporta lo slogan "Gotta chew" (Devi masticare), quindi incuriosita ho deciso di riprovare. I gusti sono circa una decina, ma attratta anche dal rosa fluo della confezione ho scelto lychee, poi arrivata a casa l'ho finalmente testata! Dunque, il gusto della bibita in sé mi piace, molto simile all'originale uva del paradiso, fresca e dissetante. La sensazione strana è arrivata con il masticare la gelatina, ma poco dopo l'ho trovato divertente, oltre al fatto che è tutto naturale! Insomma, se vi capita di andare all'estero e trovarla, vi consiglio di provare assolutamente! Avete mai avuto esperienze con bibite strane? Wandering among the shelves of various shops i got to see drinks i didn't even know existed, but the one i talk about today outperforms all of them. I already bought it a few years ago when i didn't live here yet, but seeing its consistency i did not dare tasting it.. It is called Nata de Coco and, checking on Wikipedia, the term means: «chewy, tanslucent, jelly-like foodstuff produced by the fermentation of coconut water».. and indeed shaking the little bottle you can see a lot of whitish jelly fragments floating in the drink (not carbonated). Another brand, Mogu Mogu, has the same type and on its bottles shows the slogan "Gotta chew", so curiously i decided to try again. The flavors are more or less ten, but attracted also by the fluo pink of the packaging i choosed lychee, then i got home and i finally tested it! So, the taste of the drink itself is good, very similar to the original lychee, fresh and refreshing. The weird feeling arrived when chewing the jelly, but after a little while i found it funny, besides the fact that it is all natural! In conclusion, if you happen to go abroad and find it, i suggest to absolutely try it! Did you ever have experiences with weird drinks? Let me know and have a nice evening.
