Come vi dicevo nel post di ieri, l'isola non manca di negozietti decisamente interessanti.
Uno su tutti? αχινος nella Chora.
Lì, una cordialissima signora poliglotta vi farà largo nel suo piccolissimo, ma ricco negozio, mostrandovi solo capi originalissimi e mai banali. Non c'è camerino, ma nemmeno imbarazzo, d'altronde più di una persona contemporaneamente è difficile che lì dentro ci stia.
Troverete appesi alle pareti parei stampati di grande gusto, collane e gioielli stranissimi e una collezione di vestitini interessanti, sempre aggiornata (mia zia è una fedele cliente!).

The best of all?αχινος in Chora area.
There, a very cordial polyglot lady will take you through her tiny but rich store, showing you only very original and never trivial items.There is no dressing room, but not embarrassment too: indeed there is difficult to fit more than one person at a time. There you will find sarongs printed in great taste, necklaces and jewelry and a collection of strange and cool outfits, always up to date.

Quando siamo andate io e mia sorella, lei ha preso un paio di baba-trousers color cobalto molto carini e io ho preso un vestito ELEMENTUM di Daniela Pais rosa acceso mooolto particolare. Se conoscete questo brand e questa artista portoghese, lo sapete già, per chi non la conosce vi lascio un video e capirete di cosa si tratta. Io ci vado matta! (il mio corrisponde a quello blu, al min 2.55)

non è incredibile? un solo capo, semplicissimo, sfruttato in mille modi differenti: da copiare e inventare! Non a caso il motto di Daniela Pais è "luxury is to have simple things".

Vicino alla cassa avevo anche addocchiato un paio di orecchini (credo d'argento) molto grafici e dalle linee semplici decisamente appetibili.Il negozio non è supereconomico, ma nemmeno costosissimo: il mio vestito costava 85 €, i parei se non sbaglio sui 20.
Near the cash I saw a pair of earrings (I think made of silver) with simple lines, very graphic and very attractive.The shop is not super-cheap, but not too expensive: my dress cost € 85, the pareo about 20, if I remember correctly.

Vi sono poi a Libadi alcuni negozi dall'aria più hippie - alternativa che, cercando un po', riservano sorprese. Lì la "baba-fever" ha fatto replicare l'acquisto a mia sorella e ha sedotto anche me e mia mamma: ecco il risultato! (da quelle parti i prezzi sono più bassi: i pantaloni da alìbaba costano sui 15)(ma anche lo stile ne risente)C'erano anche in versione mini, da bebè: deliziosi!! :)
doveroso excursus sui baba-trousers (o detti anche "harem pants"): per chi non li conoscesse, si trattano di quei pantaloni stile odalisca, molto molto larghi, in seta o in cotone, spesso con il cavallo basso e rigorosamente stretti e arricciati alle caviglie. Sono davvero comodissimi, oltre che freschi, nonostante siano lunghi. Ritengo che una vera globe-trotter non possa non possederne un paio: sono assolutamente perfetti per i viaggi in aereo! Sono infatti per combattere l'aria condizionata in aereo senza morire di caldo durante le attese e i trasbordi.Se li desiderate, li ho trovati online (tinta unita) per soli 5£ ! per info cliccate qui.
Inoltre, sono dotati all'interno di una sorta di gonnellino per evitare la trasparenza dovuta al tessuto sottile: nonostante si tratti di una 'sottoveste' è curatissimo e in perfetto stile orientale!

In Serifos there are also some shops in Libadi with a hippest air - an alternative style that, looking for a little, reserve surprises. There, the "baba-fever" has made replicated the buying to my sister and have fascinated me and my mom: here is the result!
(in these shops prices are lower: the pants cost about 15€) (but also the style is )
The Baba trousers were also available in mini version, for babies: they was stellar! :)
I need an excursus about Baba-trousers (called "harem pants" too): for those who do not know them, they are those pants odalisque-styled, very very baggy, made of silk or cotton, often with the low crotch and strictly narrow and curled at the ankles. They're really comfortable, as well as fresh, even though they are long. I believe that a true globe-trotter can not not owning a pair: they are absolutely perfect for air travel! They are ideal to fighting against air conditioning without suffer from the heat while you're waiting and during transshipments.They had inside a sort of skirt to avoid the transparency due to the thin fabric: even though it is a 'slip' is well kept and in true oriental style!If you want them, I found them online (solid) for only £ 5! for info click here.
