Era un sacco di tempo che provavo a partecipare a questa cena. E finalmente, dopo molti tentativi vani, eccoci a far parte di questa esclusivissima tavolata chez Ma Hidden Kitchen Supper Club!

Un po’ di storia per cominciare. Trovo assolutamente geniale aver portato a Milano questo modo di far ristorazione: una casa, degli ospiti ispirati dal buon cibo e dalla buona compagnia e la voglia di condividere un’esperienza sensoriale con degli “sconosciuti” appassionati. E L&M sono davvero bravi in tutto questo. Hanno aperto da un anno o poco più le porte del loro bellissimo loft a chi ha voglia di stare bene insieme a tavola. Come poteva Insiemecongusto mancare ad un simmile appuntamento?

Come funziona. Ci si deve iscrivere. I primi a collegarsi (via mail) ottengono il posto. Ognuno si porta il vino da casa. L&M ci mettono lo spazio, la passione e il cibo (insieme ad Andrea Sposini, lo chef!). Tutto il resto vien da sè. Come le immagini qui sotto spero vi racconteranno.

How does the story begin? A house, inspired guests loving good food and good company and the desire to share a very interesting experience with some “unknown” followers. L&M are very good at all of this. A year ago or so they opened  the doors of their beautiful loft to those who want to stay together with some good food. How could Insiemecongusto miss such an appointment?

How does it work? You must register. The first to connect (via email) gets the place. Everyone brings the wine from home. L&M share the apartment, the passion and the food (with the help of Andrea Sposini, the chef!). All the rest comes by naturally. As the pictures above (I hope) will tell you.
