Saturday at "Schloss Charlottenburg"

It was one afternoon a little bit different from others, among the ancient rooms, paintings, chandeliers ...It was like a blast in the past. For an afternoon, me and my friend Uljiana felt real princesses. Charlottenburg Castle is one of the places that you can not lose here in Berlin. King Friederich III, after the death of his wife, decided to call the castle as her: Sophie Charlotte.The luxury and opulence of that period has not lost at all. Discovering every rooms, was a pleasure for our eyes. I imagined all the mazing court dances that were held there, as well as long walks in the immense garden. Un pomeriggio un pò diverso dagli altri, un pomeriggio a spasso tra antiche stanze, dipinti, lampadari...un tuffo nel passato. Per un pomeriggio, io e la mia amica Uljiana ci siamo sentite delle vere e proprie principesse. Il Castello di Charlottenburg è uno dei posti che non si può non vedere qui a Berlino. Il Re Federico III, dopo la morte della moglie, ha deciso di chiamare il castello come lei: Sophie Charlotte.Il lusso e lo sfarzo di quel periodo non si è perso affatto. Entrare e scoprire ogni sala era un goduria per gli occhi. Io immaginavo tutti i balli che si sono tenuti lì, così come le lunghe passeggiate nell'immenso giardino adiacente alla struttura. Insomma, un sogno ad occhi aperti.Spero che con le mie foto vi abbia almeno fatto sognare un pò.Buona GiornataUn BacioFrancesca
