Il 16/8 a La Luna Glam Club di San Teodoro (Ot) arrivano i Klingande. “Jubel” è stata una delle poche vere hit dance degli ultimi anni ed ha finito per incantare tutti o quasi. E così i Klingande, duo francese classe 1991, da qualche tempo gira il mondo. Non si può dire infatti che i Klinglande non siano stati subito baciati dalla fortuna. Dalle note biografiche si scopre infatti che questa traccia se non è quella d'esordio poco ci manca visto che è arrivata solo pochi mesi dopo “Punga”, il loro primo singolo, uscito ad aprile 2013. Nonostante il nome svedese, i Klingande sono un duo francese di musica elettronica. Si tratta di Cédric Steinmyller e Edgar Catry, entrambi disc jockey ed entrambi nati nel 1991. Fondato nel dicembre 2012, il duo debutta nell'aprile 2013 con il brano “Punga”, un discreto successo in Francia e nell’Europa centrale. È seguito in settembre da “Jubel”, numero uno in Austria, Svizzera, Germania, Belgio; in Italia riceve il doppio disco di platino ed è in testa alle classifica dei singoli per un mese e mezzo.

ENGLISH 16/8 Klingande @ Luna Glamclub - San Teodoro (Ot) Both Klingande and ‘Jubel’ are named after Swedish words due to Klingande’s love of the nation’s house music: ‘Jubel’ meaning joy, and 'Klingande' taken from the word for sounding.Klingande was formed in December of 2012 by Cédric and Edgar, two 24-year-olds from Croix in northern France, after being united by their love of electronic artists such as Klangkarussell, Bakermat and Nico Pusch. Cédric studied music theory as a child, but later became immersed in electronic music as a teenager; initially a DJ, he soon also began to work on his own original productions. Edgar first started playing the piano at the age of sixteen and was so enamoured that he spent four years studying the instrument. The pair first met at school at the age of ten, but reconnected late in 2012 when Cédric returned from a spell in London and made fresh contact with his old friend.
